Therapy Beyond Healing™ was founded by Linda Thompson, LMHC-D on a conviction that most therapy stops too soon. We don’t just treat symptoms — we help clients understand the roots of their patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and heal at a level that changes what they pass to the next generation.
Our clinical framework — The Beyond Healing Method™ — integrates CBT, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and for clients who want it, biblical truth. We call it Bible + Brain: the conviction that Scripture and neuroscience have been pointing at the same truths about transformation all along.

As a 1099 contractor, you set your schedule. You manage your caseload. You have the freedom to build a clinical practice that works for your life — with the infrastructure and brand support of an established practice behind you.

You won’t be isolated. We’re a small, connected team — clinicians who consult with each other, support each other, and are aligned on the vision. Contractor status doesn’t mean working alone.
Bilingual Clients Welcome
We actively serve a bilingual English/Spanish client population in Suffolk County. Spanish-speaking clinicians are especially encouraged to apply.
Clinical Supervision Toward Licensure
Linda Thompson, LMHC-D is an approved clinical supervisor in New York State. Provisionally licensed clinicians (LMHC-LP) will receive individual supervision that counts toward their 3,000 hours required for full LMHC licensure. We invest in your path — not just your caseload.

- Active LMHC, LMHC-LP, or LCSW license in New York State
- Personal faith and genuine alignment with faith-integrated clinical work
- Trauma-informed clinical orientation — CBT experience strongly preferred
- Comfort working with anxiety, relational wounds, and generational patterns
- Reliable, professional, and client-centered in approach
- Ability to carry an independent caseload as a 1099 contractor
- Available for telehealth and/or in-person in Suffolk County, NY
- Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus — but not required
