How is this different from just venting to a friend?
Therapy is structured, clinical, and evidence-based. We’re not just listening — we’re identifying patterns, teaching tools, regulating the nervous system, and building real change over time. A good friend can hold space. A therapist can change how you think.
I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t really help. How is this different?

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes — we offer virtual sessions to anyone in New York State, and in-person sessions in Suffolk County. Many of our clients prefer virtual for the flexibility and privacy it offers.
How long does anxiety therapy take?
It depends on the depth of the work and your goals. Some clients see significant shifts in 8–12 sessions. Others work with us for longer because they want to go deeper — into trauma, generational patterns, or ongoing life transitions. We’ll always be honest with you about where you are and what makes sense.
