Investment in Your Healing

Therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you’ll ever make — in yourself and in what you pass forward.

We believe cost should never be the reason someone doesn’t get the support they need. That’s why we offer multiple payment options, accept select insurance plans, and do the insurance legwork for you.

Your options

Private Pay

Out of Pocket

$195
per 50-minute individual session

Private pay clients receive full flexibility in scheduling, session focus, and treatment approach — without insurance limitations on session frequency or diagnosis requirements.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.

Insurance

In-Network & Out-of-Network

We bill most insurance plans directly — including both in-network and out-of-network benefits. We can also provide superbills for additional reimbursement options.

We do the work for you. Before your first appointment, we verify your benefits and let you know exactly what your copay will be — so there are no surprises.

To find out if your plan is covered, book a free consultation and we’ll check for you. If you call your insurance directly, search for us under our legal billing name: Linda Girimonte, LMHC, P.C.

Sliding Scale

Limited Spots Available

We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need financial flexibility. These are offered based on need and availability.

If you’re interested in a sliding scale spot, mention it when you book your free consultation. We’ll have an honest conversation about what works.

Cost should never be the reason you don’t start healing.

We handle your insurance verification — so you can focus on showing up.

Most therapy practices leave you to figure out your insurance on your own. We do it differently.

Before your very first appointment, we contact your insurance provider, verify your mental health benefits, and let you know exactly what your copay will be. No surprises. No confusing EOBs to decode alone. Just clarity before you walk in the door.

Because starting therapy is already a big step. The insurance piece shouldn’t make it harder.

Questions about fees & insurance

How do I find out if you take my insurance?
The easiest way is to book a free consultation — we’ll check for you. If you prefer to call your insurance provider directly, ask if Linda Girimonte, LMHC, P.C. is in-network. That’s our legal billing name and the name your insurance company has on file.
What if my insurance doesn’t cover therapy with you?
You have options. You can pay the private pay rate of $195 per session. You may also be able to use your HSA or FSA card. And if financial need is a factor, you’re welcome to ask about sliding scale availability during your consultation.
Do you bill out-of-network insurance?
Yes — we bill most insurance plans directly, including out-of-network benefits. We can also provide superbills if you prefer to submit for reimbursement yourself. Either way, we verify your benefits upfront so you know exactly what to expect before your first session.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes — therapy is an eligible expense for both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). This is a great way to make private pay more manageable if your insurance doesn’t cover our services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. We understand life happens — just reach out as soon as you can and we’ll work with you.
